You would make a more detailed enquiry and find out who is responsible. The NASA astronaut core operates by different rules. They just found out that some of the astronauts have been flying the space shuttle drunk. But very little detail beyond this has been released. The NASA spokesman tried to dismiss it as a mere unconfirmed accusation. They have to know that this news will provoke at least mild curiosity in the public.
